Patience: No fund life, no exit clock. Time is the one advantage we hold outright, and we refuse to spend it early.
Alignment: Our own money moves first and moves last. We take no fee from anyone and answer to no committee.
Ownership: We prefer holding something real and knowable to holding a position. Fewer decisions, understood properly.
Discretion: Conversations stay between the people in them. We do not announce, and we rarely comment.
